Turn around time
Orders will ship within 7 days of purchase date.
Shipping
All items under 14oz ship with USPS first class mail unless priority mail is chosen at checkout. A tracking number is provided VIA email once your item has shipped. Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. If that doesn’t work, send us an email with “TRACKING REQUEST + ORDER NUMBER”

Shipping Changes
Please double check that all shipping information is correct at checkout. Should you need to make an address change, please email busybabeboutiquellc@outlook.com within an hour of checkout with “SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGE + ORDER NUMBER.”
Damaged/ Lost Mail
It is the customers responsibility to track all items. Busy Babe Boutique is not liable for damaged/lost/or stolen packages. If you think your package has been lost in transit please contact your local post office or visit the link below.

Returns/ Exchanges/ Order changes
Returns / Refunds are not accepted at this time. We do however offer exchanges within 10 days of delivery confirmation. (Excludes final sale) There will be no exceptions on exchange timeframe. Exchanges will be offered for items returned unworn, and unwashed, with tags attached. To request an exchange please email busybabeboutiquellc@outlook.comwith “EXCHANGE REQUEST + ORDER NUMBER” and the reason for exchange. Once we accept your exchange + exchange item has been received in original condition you will be emailed a store credit in the original amount of purchase. Coupon/Sale codes will not transfer.
Discounts/ Credits
Discounts/Credits are not valid on previous purchases. Codes must be present at the time of checkout. We cannot go back and edit your transaction. Only one discount code may be used at a time.
